Went back to the land as the surveyors were finishing. All the corners are pegged with permanant levels on the gutter. We caught up with the builder as well. He told us it wont be moving very fast on our block for the next few weeks as he need to prioritise another build in the next st. The other people are FHOGs so the clock is ticking for them.
Once the concretors are finished on that block they will be starting on our. So next week we SHOULD have trees gone and site cleared. Everything crossed I should have a slab in a few weeks when it is the 1st anniversary of putting a deposit on the land. Did someone say Slab Party?
