Well everything is submitted to council now.
The plans are on public notification till 14 Dec and then if there are no objections from the neighbours they should approve it shortly after.
Our neighbours on one side have also submitted to council and come off notification today, so they should approve very soon too.
Land settlement is booked for 17 Dec. So fingers crossed we should be able to start building early in the new year.
