We met with the builder / project manager tonight and he has confirmed a Tradie / builder to complete the job for us. They will be making the Home Warranty application tommorrow. So we should be certified early next week and site start hopefully next Wed.
Not going to get excited till the insurance is approved. Now just need to stop my neighbour from using our block as a storage area. They will be due for bricks soon and they wont want to move them off so my trees can come down.
BTW drove past our block tonight and found a feral bunny on the footpath. The dog will go crazy if the bunny comes back once we move in.
