All of the massive beams are now welded in and while the wait has been frustrating they all fit perfectly. The floor joists for the first floor has now gone in and it is looking wow. Still waiting for the actual floor to go down though. The high ceilings will look amazing through the ground floor and the floor plan works well especially how it opens up in the back room. Upstairs and roof frame should go up next week. We are just trying to be patient while it all slowly unfolds.

Well all 12 pieces of steel are very solid. My neighbour actually commented tonight that if there is ever a big storm and he needs shelter he know where to run :)
