Sorry about the poor quality of the pic but I had to take it on my phone from up the street cause too many tradies were in the way.
The first floor has arrived and today all of the floor was secured down and the joints were all sealed. Hoping to see some more walls go up tomorrow and the roof to follow shortly after.
Over the weekend the welder was back doing more work on all of the steel joints and the engineer has been out on site the check everything is perfect. All looks to be solid and fitting together great so far.
I just have to realise that a design that has never been built before might take a while to get together, but once we are in the delays wont seem so bad.
