Frame Held for Ransom

Well it appears that all of the changes to accomodate the extra steel have been made but now the framing company has decided to change the payment terms and wants $$$ before the frame will be released.

So effectively they were holding our frame for ransom and will also  be charged daily for them to store it.

The builder has sorted out the problem today and paid the ransom so at this stage they are saying frame will be delivered first delivery next Tue for downstairs and Wed for the rest or the whole lot on Wed.

Either way the frame should be released into our care next week. Windows will be there shortly after the frame. We have a team of 4 chippies booked so hopefully it goes up fast and we get nice weather.
