Still waiting for the frame and its been a long time since we had the slab.
We had a problem with the steel beam over the front upstairs bedroom window on the front (the wall with the 3 tall thin windows).
The beam as specified by the engineer would have blocked the windows so the builder had to go back to the engineer for another solution. The new solution is basically a modification to the shape of the beam so the frame had to be altered to accomodate. The frame modifications were completed yesterday putting us to the end of the delivery queue again.
So latest update is Monday or Tuesday next week it should arrive and the chippy will be there to start putting it up. Lets hope all the rain is finished with by then. It hasnt been much but enough to dampen the ground.
Heres hoping. I am still feeling like this house is never actually going to happen :(
