The render (on the front facade) and bagging (to the rest of the house) is also nearing completion. Hoping out eaves can be completed while the scaffold is still up. Scaffold should be down by Xmas so they can finish our downstairs roof in the lounge, cinema and garage.
Also had plumbing rough in completed.
Still hoping for a few more things to be completed before Xmas and hopefully it will all go according to the builders promises. Latest updated expected finish date is the end of Feb. We know the kitchen is scheduled for production mid Feb, so hopefully everything else will be finished by then and we can move in shortly after.

The Ponds Xmas Carols were last week and the turn out (after the thunder storm finished) was amazing. Here are a couple of the fireworks pics. What an awesome place to live ! We even ended up with a little section of people from our street sitting together.
In other totally unrelated news Andy & I met Linkin Park last week. We are in the middle of this pic towards the back of the crowd.
It's really full steam ahead isn't it! We need another update!!
