Builder has advised us today that he will start on our block on Monday 22 Feb.
He also said it may be earlier ,say next Thur 18 Feb if he can. We are very excited ! I will be late to work that day so I can watch my trees come down.
The street is really starting to crank the Metricon across the street had the frame finished today and 2 of the EB's in the street were scraped today.
The tally of builders for the street so far is
3 Metricon (all 2 storey)
3 Eden Brae (all single storey)
4 Clarendon (all 2 storey)
1 Provincal (2 storey)
2 Wisdom (2 storey)
3 Custom Builds (1 single, 2 X 2 storey)
